2026 USMS Summer Nationals Sacramento Heat Sheet
The 2026 USMS Summer Nationals, officially the U.S. Masters Swimming Summer National Championship, runs August 5 to 9, 2026 in Sacramento, California. This interactive heat sheet arranges the entries for every seeded individual event into their heats and lane assignments across all five days of the meet.
Each lane shows the swimmer with their seed time, their USMS long course meters (LCM) personal best from the USMS Results Database, and their best LCM time in their current age group. Swimmer names link to their Openlane profile for full meet performance history, and personal best times link to that swimmer’s progression chart for the event.

What is the difference between a psych sheet and a heat sheet?
A psych sheet lists entries seeded fastest to slowest within each age group before heats are assigned. A heat sheet takes those same entries and arranges them into specific heats and lanes for racing. Why do some events say they have not been seeded yet?
Distance events at USMS Summer Nationals, such as the 1500, 800, and 400 freestyle and the 400 IM, are seeded the evening before they are swum rather than in advance. Until then no heats or lane assignments exist, so those events show a notice to check back the evening before the event.
When are the heats posted for each event?
Sprint and middle-distance events (the 50s, 100s, and 200s) are pre-seeded and their heats are available now. Deck-seeded distance events are posted the evening before that day of the meet. Check back the night before an event to see its heats and lanes.
